RENTALS

Rental contracts are for a 3 day period. (ex. A rental contract would start on a Friday and then finish on a Monday). If you require more time for a rental contract, just ask!

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and contract. The deposit is 100% non-refundable regardless of any circumstance. If you need to cancel or postpone your event, you will be given a credit that can be used with us within one year. 

 

DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES

 The client is ultimately responsible for any damages to the rentals obtained while in their care, including damages caused by anyone else.  Beyond Repair means we have attempted every possible way to fix the item back to its original state, but with no success. If any item is deemed Beyond Repair, the client will need to replace that item at full cost. Our white resin chairs have a cleaning fee if the chairs are returned not wiped down and clean. A policy will be sent to you prior to your booking. 

 

PICK UP & RETURN

Each client has the option to have Oliver Events deliver their rental items OR they can pick them up themselves. All rentals MUST be picked up in an enclosed vehicle or trailer. No exceptions! If the client opts to pick up the rentals themselves and shows up without an enclosed vehicle or trailer, Oliver Events reserves the right to withhold the rentals until the client is able to pick up the items with an enclosed vehicle.

 

DELIVERY

Oliver Events charges 1.50/KM for delivery each way to your desired location. 

 

SET UP & TAKE DOWN SERVICES

Please contact us if you wish to reserve set up and take down services for your event.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept e-transfer or cash.
