Policies

RENTALS

Rental contracts are for a 3 day period. (ex. A rental contract would start on a Friday and then finish on the following Sunday.) If you require any additional days, we charge a standard fee of $40.00/day.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and contract. The deposit is 100% non-refundable regardless of any circumstance. If you need to cancel or postpone your event, you will be given a credit that can be used with us within one year.

PICK UP & RETURN

 All rentals must be picked up in an enclosed vehicle or trailer. *Stock trailers are not permitted to transport our chairs or tables. It must be fully enclosed.

 If the client opts to pick up the rentals themselves and shows up without an enclosed vehicle or trailer, Oliver Events reserves the right to withhold the rentals until the client is able to pick up the items with an enclosed vehicle. We offer delivery for a select amount days per year. Please inquire within.

DAY OF COORDINATING

We offer 8 hour and 5 hour day of coordinating packages. Please inquire for details!

 

PAYMENTS

We accept e-transfer or cash.
